Efficacy and long-term tolerability of prolonged-release Tapentadol pain treatment
The central analgesic tapentadol prolonged release (PR) has proven effective and generally well tolerated in a broad range of chronic pain conditions. Long-term data of its use are still scarce.
Extended-release tapentadol for the long-term treatment of pain in children
Tapentadol PR was well tolerated and equivalent to morphine PR for efficacy and safety in children (6 to 18 years of age) requiring long-term opioid therapy.
